They all deserve credit. My understanding is that Giuliani, Bannon and Miles Guo are all working together on it. There are pics of them together in my list. Giuliani got the laptop here in the US, the other 2 hard drives came from Guo’s whistleblower project being able to hack the CCP servers. Mr. LuDe also knows Giuliani and is broadcasting out of Taiwan where the drops are being made, he was the first to say the three drives were coming, on Sept 24. Kudos to all of them.
