Barack Obama cannot be ELECTED President again, because he has been ELECTED twice.

He most certainly can be APPOINTED Vice President, or he can be CHOSEN Speaker of the House, and he most certainly can SUCCEED to the Office of President following the laws regarding Presidential succession.

Ok it's not the 25th I was thinking of but the 22nd. But looking at it it doesn't appear to say anything about a former president being appointed VP then becoming president again. Hmm it might end up going to the Supreme Court.🤔
