I don’t disbelieve that the mother recorded the class and the instructions. The mother’s testimony and this article rest on the recording. However, we don’t have the recording. Please post it. As things stand it’s impossible to decide.
It’s all there in the recording: first what the d*#& teacher said to the class and then the lies he made up in talking to the mom about it.
