Sounds to me like you rolled the dice and lost. You might look into annulment given the circumstances though, so you don’t have to argue over assets. (Not a lawyer)
Get a divorce lawyer and quick. Consider reporting her to INS.
I looked into texas annulment reasons. I dont fit the bill. But thanks so much for the advice.
I spent thousands to get her here and this is the outcome. I never seen this coming. All this came out the same day she got her green card while gaining the benefits of a spouse of a retired military person. BS.
