They should have voluntary infection centers, perhaps drive in COVID infection centers were they could infect everyone in good health under 60 YO.
Actually normal short exposures of a virus in small quantities tends to build up an immune response to those without co.promised jmmune systems. The base theory behind vaccines is a large dose of deactivated viruses in one shot (no pun intended).
Passing someone infected in the supermarket is unlikely to give you enough dose of a virus to overwhelm your natural immunity. It will however train your system to fight it.
What gets you in trouble is long term exposure with a carrier. Social distancing has its uses, staying isolated however is counter productive.
