Of course your nephew knows. Biden used to know, but can’t call back the words now. It is a sign of something wrong.

In his infamous “you know, the thing” he was trying to remember the line, “...we hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator...” He knew that for political purposes he had to add “...and women”, but when he did, it scrambled his memory for the next part, which again he likely once had no trouble remembering.

He is ailing. It’s not his fault and there’s likely nothing he can do to stop it. But he clearly is not fit to lead the nation.
