When elected government abandons its duty to protect citizens, then vigilante groups form to furnish the protection that government will not.

When government's judicial system is destroyed by releasing without bail, criminals to re-offend and courts become a plea-bargain and catch and release system for career criminals, then vigilante justice will start to handle the problem.

We are reaching a breaking point in the civil contract among people in certain political jurisdictions. When the time comes the situation will be resolved.
