Another bad decision by this female Judge Shelly R. Stratman:

Judge denies protection order for woman, months before police say her husband started family's house on fire

The wife suffered 3rd degree burns over 60 percent of her body. The daughter suffered 2nd degree burns:

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, these f'n Judges are responsible for more deaths and injuries than a cop could ever be. They need a taste of their own medicine.
