Howard Dean was the head of the DNC in 2008.
HE FAILED to properly vet Obama.
He clearly failed to do so.
Then Pelosi, as Speaker of the House, certified that Obama was eligible to be on the Presidential ballot.
Both of them should be indicted for these crimes, IMO.
And yet, there are birthers here who argued that he was not. Attacking Kamala’s citizenship will lose us votes, not gain them.
That didn’t stop the Kenyan usurper.
The GOP will take no action and the MSM will report that Kah-Mallah was born on July 4 in Wash DC. Sheesh folks, this is just clickbait.

Can you give me one or two practical implications of not being fully subject to political jurisdiction?
Are there any rights you don't have that someone else does? Are there any obligations you have that someone else doesn't?
Is there anything the government can't do to you that they can to a person under full political jurisdiction?
Is this a distinction without a difference and just a post hoc justification to get the result you want?
