She is being consistent. She disregarded the U.S. constitution throughout her judicial career and substituted her own wishes.
Doesn’t the spouse inherit the role? We’ve seen that happen with dead politicians on the ballot.

I think these “wishes”are another hoax. She knew that just saying something on your deathbed was not binding in law. I watched a video of her and Scalia yesterday and I believe ,although I don’t like her policies, that she respected the constitution .
