Intent is to have these two states unable to certify their vote for the Electoral College, and get this fairly close. But Trump might pick up three additional states that Hillary won in 2016, so this ‘trick’ may not matter.
In both cases though...massive lawsuits if people discover their votes didn’t count in the election.

How can it be legal to change voting standards? Seriously...I never understood how CA got away with doing that.
The comical side to this...you are mailing an envelop from your small town, to a county court-house....maybe 20 miles away. The envelop, because of modern ‘sorting’...now goes 300 to 400 miles away, and is routed back. Even if you did this by Pony Express....the vote shouldn’t accepted more than 72 hours after the election concludes.
Modern voting in 1912....was more capable than what it is today.
Well, the problem is if Roberts wimps out again, it is a 4 to 4 tie and the lower court ruling stands.
Somehow we have to guarantee Roberts' vote.
My proposed solution.
No votes to be counted or reported until all votes are turned in. Mail in voting to be allowed until Nov 17? Then counting of votes does not begin until Nov 18. And once counting begins, no additional votes are allowed to join the tally.
The fraud occurs with late votes because the Dems know how many votes they need to forge to win. Don’t let them know the number they need to beat.
If it not illegal to accept votes two weeks after the election date, then it’s not illegal to count the votes until two weeks plus one day after the election.

The death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is the only thing that can change the outcome of the election. If this wakes up the clueless who think that a Biden Presidency would be OK, we might yet pull out a win and save the Republic. Right now, Senator Murkowski may well send us into the abyss
I think the Mich ruling gets overruled.
We can win Mich with a red wave election. And John James is going to be carried on that wave.
No, we can't. The Michigan Supreme Court has given the Democrats two weeks to round up more votes. And, they will know the number of votes that they need. Additionally, they approved ballot harvesting, so a court has kidnapped the authority and function of the Michigan Legislature.
The only way out of this is to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. The court is now 5-3 conservative if Roberts doesn't get stupid. That could throw Michigan back into the hands of the voters, not some corrupt judges.
A red wave means that the amount is too big for them to steal. If we take a few more States, the Democrats won’t bother trying to steal Mich. You did see that Minn. might flip?
