Cynthia Diane Stephens

Cynthia Diane Stephens is a judge of the Michigan Court of Appeals, First District. Stephens was appointed to this court in 2008. She was previously a circuit court judge and a district court judge. She has been a law professor at Wayne State University and the University of Detroit Mercy. She has a J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.
