A Michigan judge on Friday said the state must accept ballots that arrive 14 days late after the November 3rd election. The court also will allow ballot harvesting in Michigan. This needs to be appealed all the way to the SC if need be.
Judges don't have the Constitutional power to make election law.

Judges don't have the Constitutional power to make election law.True, but since when has any notion of limited powers, or separation of powers, or laws, the Constitution, etc., ever stopped the democriminals?
