If people are really psyched about standing in a plague line to vote, have it.
I will be voting by mail, as usual, if that’s not good enough for any particular candidate no problem.
There are several to choose from, and it won’t be wasted on somebody who doesn’t want it.
By mail you mean absentee ballot and not mail in ballot. The two are very different.
