I saw some video of “before and now”. The before video was quite awhile ago - 20+ years ago. Joe came across as personal and fairly witty. I was actually surprised and impressed.

I am waiting until after the first debates to rand reserve any judgement on Biden’s condition or degradation. I have a suspicion that this could be a well played setup. It worked with Hillary...Joe is not a bad debater. He destroyed Paul Ryan, or Ryan was just inept... Regardless, any semblance of coherency, will put Trump and his team on notice...
