Point remains that the picture is appropriate for FR. It shows the two cops ready to defend themselves if need be, despite their wounds, before help arrives.

Exactly. The female deputy was covered with blood. She was shot in the jaw, through and through, among other wounds. The pain...can’t even imagine. And she had the presence of mind to apply tourniquets to her partner.
I can see the female officer’s entire chest and lower face covered on blood.
Yeah. Their adrenaline was working long enough to get into a defensive position. The shooter better party tonight cause he’s going to take a dirt nap tomorrow.
