Now... Start filing lawsuits. Sue them into oblivion, then serve ‘em papers and sue them again. It’s the equivalent of “kill ‘em all, take their stuff” and it’s the only thing these scum seem to understand.

Put down the grenade... it’s a dud. Very little if any actual damages. At least in California I couldn’t think of a cause of action that would suppprt an award of punitive damages even if such were the case, punitive damages have to bear a ratio to actual damages, the Supreme Court thinks no more than 10:1 is acceptable. Punitive damages have to be enough to punish, not impoverish, the defendant. I doubt these losers have much. I value this case at about 25 grand tops, and that’s because of the appealing facts, not its intrinsic worth. Maybe a lawyer would take it for the publicity,
