The bruising might be explained away by a blood thinner...but that would not explain what looks like a puncture wound near the center of that bruise.
From a tweet....
The needle marks in his hand is frightening!

I agree my husband had thin skin and his arms were covered with these bruises.
For some reason, the nurses always complain that my veins are hard to find, whenever the occasion arises. They try the forearm and wrist, but always settle on the back of my hand, just like you see with Biden. By now, I recognize that bruise very, very well.
Right.
I’ve studied the image carefully under ultra high magnification and and advanced 3D imaging techniques - I can say without question that is VERY likely a gitche manitou, a succubus or that chest exploding creature from the movie Alien.
Someone better alert the authorities now before it’s too late! Joe’s a bigger FREAK than ever imagined. Like ever!
Rosebud
Lol Good one.
The man is, as the old timers would say, “tetched in the head”.
I don't think so unless he collapses on live camera. The Marxist Democrats have it all set up to steal the election with massive mail in vote fraud with counting extending for weeks after the election. All they need to do is to keep Slow Joe more or less vertical in very limited appearances until then.
I agree.
...what my grandmother used to call liver spots. They come and go.

No, *liver spots* do not come & go. They are permanent brown pigment deposits as evidenced by all the skin creams that purport to *fade* them (Those are acids and barely work and are not recommended for aged skin, which is already thin).
What you are remembering are senile purpura. I have had them and so has my husband. Just overusing your hands, getting a small knock or lifting something heavy can bring them on. They are hemorrhages just under the skin, usually on the forearms. They do not usually appear over the veins of the hand. They are bright red and as I look at one I got a couple of weeks ago, they do not necessarily turn colors like a surface bruise. They stay red or maybe pink. They vary from a scattering on red dots to huge blotches.
Biden has a typical IV needle bruise, complete with entry marks. There are no red pinpricks surrounded by bluish bruising on senile purpura. Sometimes, small red dots remain after they have otherwise healed.
I concede.
Hes on tv right now. Maybe hell be asked the question. Are you saying hes been asked?
I dont think hes been asked, but if he has, and has answered, I havent heard it.
