I think your #31 is reasonable advice. I am planning for that exact path. It could lead to not necessarily ‘martial law’ but certainly something close enough that there is no difference. Just like the shuttering of our economy at the force of the government gun.
That's what I was wondering as well. The words "Martial Law" might be considered as spooking an already spooked and scared populace.
Perhaps they would call it "Supreme Safety Restrictions" or "Acute Lockdown Orders."
Either way, if it happens, it won't be pretty.
