When was the last time Pence “obliged” POTUS on anything remotely controversial? Pence is your typical risk adverse GOPe career politician. Trump isn’t going to get leadership from him.
I think “Donnie” is a germaphobe who was encouraged to listen to “experts” like Fauci and Birx. He probably figured that Pence had a better grip on this type of thing, but Pence, unfortunately, doesn’t.
