At close range, yeah. Big ol' chunk of head would be missing at the exit. Coroner/forensics will agree with you I'm betting.
Excellent points about the wound damage. Compare the wound of now “one armed man” to the small wound of the first shoot. Those attending him had a hard time even finding the wound up close.
