Joe Biden on Wednesday condemned Kenosha police officers for shooting alleged sex offender Jacob Blake.

Joe Biden doesn’t even know all the facts, but he’s assuming the police officers were in the wrong because the perp is black.
“Once again, a Black man — Jacob Blake — was shot by the police. In front of his children. It makes me sick,” Biden said.
“Is this the country we want to be?” he added.

That is not true. From the police endorsements the President is getting, and from what the police are saying, they feel very much supported by him.

That’s what I said, Trump supports the police in general, but the exception is when there’s a mob triggering incident, Trump turns against the cops before all the facts are known.
Please give me a few examples where you think the President “turns against the cops”.

I agree he shouldn’t have said anything.
But that was in 2016, before the election. As President, he has been very supportive of police, and encourages the public to be patient and wait for the investigation.
Tim Scott had a police reform bill, Democrats blocked it.
