For what its worth, the guy who was shot in the arm had a pistol.
He needs a good attorney and he will win.
The first guy that was shot was throwing a burning incendiary device at Kyle which is very much a deadly weapon. I would have doomed the guy as well.
He should have stayed home. Now his life is ruined.
The first guy shot had, moments before, been loudly demanding someone shoot him. Apparently he did something to persuade Kyle to do so, we dont yet know what.
The second guy shot had just struck Kyle in the head while lying on the street. Blunt force trauma while on concrete adds up to lethal assault.
The third guy shot was approaching while brandishing a pistol. Adding lethal threats to someone elses fight is a bad idea.
Interestingly, there were more shots, of disparate audio signature, than Kyle apparently fired.
Kyle then proceeded to surrender to police. They were initially not interested.
He did not just shoot some random guy in the head. The person shot was in the lead of a mob chasing Kyle.
He only survived because he shot those people while being brutally attacked. He WILL NOT be convicted.
Below is a direct link to the first shot (head shot...first death). It is poor quality. It looks like the shooting takes place at the car lot he is supposedly protecting.
It appears that some bystanders try to aid the person who was shot. Shortly after that, the shooter runs back toward the camera.
IMHO, this video does not look good for the shooter.

Looks like he beat him with a skateboard and attempted to steal his gun https://t.co/ndwP5W01NG pic.twitter.com/FPCmdnq9DJ— Cassandra Fairbanks (@CassandraRules) August 26, 2020
This is what allowing deep state anarchists to run cities and getting rid of police is doing to our young people. It is also causing our elderly to get beat up, our cities burned and our citizens having to defend themselves from rioting, unchecked MOBS on a nightly basis.
Skate board assailant shot in the chest has been ID’d as Anthony Huber and an obit (of sorts) is here,

One of the comments is, “for every Kyle there are a hundred Anthony’s waiting to step up” So stay vigilant and practice, practice, practice.

step by step on everything that happened. Clear cut self defense. Shouldn’t even have been charged.
Hi.
A knife and pistol pointed at yours truely? Then get hit with a skateboard upside the head?
While retreating?
Did I get something wrong?
Sorry, I go full retard.

Not a wise move to put yourself into a situation where there’s likely to be violence. Don’t ever go looking for trouble. HOWEVER...
Once he was in the middle of things, he was clearly making every effort to disengage, but was hounded by violent criminals intent on causing him grave bodily injury. Even the first shoot, he was being chased by someone throwing something (I’ve heard molotov cocktail and I’ve heard brick in a plastic bag - either is a deadly weapon) while attempting to run away. Shouldn’t be hard for a jury to find him not guilty of any sort of murder or manslaughter charge.
Still not a smart move showing up in the first place. Particularly not at 17 when the state says it’s illegal to open carry until age 18.
I'm "guessing" he was taking photos of perps committing arson or other crimes and they turned on him.
That he ran away and was pursued before shooting, this is clearly self defense.
Saying he should have stayed home is like saying the Tennessee Volunteers that went to Texas and defended the Alamo weren’t heroes, and should have stayed home.
That coverage there is way off base....someone didn’t do their homework.
Prosecutorial abuse of a minor. Put the DA on a child abuse list.
He would make a great soldier. I would recruit him after he is vindicated. He has more balls than most.
