I’ve pointed out that there is a point at which he said “I’m dead” ... not I’m dying but I’m dead. It was then that he wanted his family to be told that he loved them.

I would contend that that was the moment he realized what was happening to him and why.

But he’d probably been in the process of dying from an overdose before the cops even arrived.

Defense is saying he swallowed fatal dose as he was being taken out of his car.

I know the area where he died well. Remember that the cashier called the cops and said Saint Floyd was really messed up.
In an area like that where drug use is rampant it has significant meaning.
