Disgusting opportunist and fake friend Stephanie Wolkoff is coming out with a new book on beautiful Melania Trump.
...... Snip......
Wolkoff secretly taped her conversations with Melania as her senior advisor in the White House.
Yashar Ali says Melania dissed on Trumps kids

It is legal in DC for only one party to consent
Trump’s problem is that he was pretty much a democrat for a long time, so his friends are mostly democrats and democrat sympathizers, who were willing to stab him and his family in the back when they needed to.
DC is in DC.
DC is populated with chiselers, I guess.
One party consent makes no sense... the person taping can consent and the person being taped cannot stop it... makes no sense.
It’s also in the WH which is federal property.
Any successful businessmen has to hedge his bets.
Actually, my guess is that the “I taped some conversations” is meant to prevent Melania from forcefully denying the charges. Melania won’t know if there is some snippet of some conversation on tape that might be doctored to make it sound like she said something.
Lots of two-faced, back stabbing sleazes, are in the news today, airing, or threatening to air, various families, dirty laudry.
Yuck!😖
It’s not legal over the phone.
It may be in person, I don’t know.
She can sue in pre-publication.
This is what happens when the people elected are not lifetime Pols. Melania thought she could trust people. She was wrong.
I’m so sick of the back-stabbing, self serving people within and close to the Trumps. Trump family should always be on guard not saying anything to cause harm to themselves or other family members or anything to the President. They haven’t learned no one can be trusted.
Never allows a recording device, and that includes cell phones, in a sensitive area.
My company has ‘lockers’ for cell phones before coming into certain areas including meeting rooms.
I have a family member who was a senior banking executive. He held a couple of jobs in the Midwest before accepting a lucrative offer in D.C.
What he experienced horrified him. People in that town exhibited a sort of moral fungibility that he’d never seen anyplace else on the planet (including a lot of overseas stops in the Army).
He hightailed it back to Pittsburgh a couple of days after retiring.
DC is one party.
Here is a link to the DC statute. Section (b)(3) contains the one-party language. It could be argued that the recording was illegal because it was for the purpose of causing injury to the first lady. However, this is DC so good luck with that. Also, the statute makes illegal recording a crime, but says nothing about preventing the wrongdoer from publishing the information contained in the recordings.
Thanks. More and more bad news.
I assume the whole book is full of lies
One would assume so, but the MSM will spin it all as Gods truth and many will believe every word. It will become truth like Charlottesville and Kids in cages. Lies, but truth to many in spite of it.
Thanks. More and more bad news.
It seems to me what's critical is if it's legal to make an unauthorized recording in the White House, which could have its own rules--since it houses the chief of state and his family.
