Not quite sure how they’d do that. About the only way is to change the times he is on final or switch to other landing areas like reopening Bolling/Anacostia with a little work to prepare. They would have to extend the runways to over 11,000 feet but shouldn’t be too much to get it on online again. Whenever the president goes to an airport now, all traffic is cleared away for him. The art of misdirection.

The runways were removed at Bolling and buildings now occupy that space, but there is a heliport there.
Melania Trump flew on an Osprey from there in December of 2018.
