Here’s a lawyer talking about the arrest- apparently the ‘mother’ saw soem documents at her house that she was reviewing for her documentary- and felt the documents weren’t legal or something took photos of them, and went to authorities- then had change of heart and didn’t’ want the woman charged- but now it’s out of her hands or some such thing-
