You're right. It's all general revenue. The only thing in the "fund" are giant piles of IOUs. All Social Security is, is a generational wealth transfer.

Many of the seniors, in the past three months, have succumbed to the virus. Perhaps that lessens the amount of the outflow of funds. That’s creepy, I know.

Ok, well I was hoping for something a little more. Im not sure that 1) Trump does anything without making sure he has some legal authority behind it. After all he is the law and order president. 2) that Roberts or those voting unconstitutionally will care.
I’m not going to splay it out here but the President could very well be challenged on these EO’s.

Didn’t the roberts court make DACA EO law...Say that it was lawful even though Obama himself said it wasn’t..The court was trying to find a way to let the the kids stay...
Obama said only congress had the right to do immigration law...But he wrote the EO and overrode congress.Trump has now written an EO that overrides congress and taxation.....
