Opposite reaction here: That song was in the air every night when i was growing up and I think I became allergic to it.
I didn’t think it was even possible to hear that song for the first time — but through these kids I felt like I was hearing for the first time and their experience really made me appreciate it.
So basically those kids schooled me.
Oh my! I have an entire group that I’m allergic to! I didn’t know anyone else has had this experience, but you certainly have. I’m so allergic, I can’t even mention the band. You are braver than I am. No way would I listen to this album again voluntarily.
