The DOJ is executive branch. The courts are judicial branch. The judges do not take orders from the DoJ

Seriously?

Judges don’t prosecute cases. They are the judicial branch. That’s what the doj does in the executive branch.

But the Federal Prosecutors DO work for the DOJ, which has said they are no longer prosecuting the case.
