We need to stop diminishing BIDEN. Every time we do we lower the bar for him to the point if he has his shoes on right it will be spun as he still has it.
INSTEAD Biden needs to be ELEVATED as the BEST and BRIGHTEST the Democrats have to offer. He is the “Thought Leader” of the party.
That makes his inevitable stumbles, gaffes, and repeated instances of incoherence more troubling.

Totally agree. Indeed I’ve wondered if they aren’t rope-a-doping the bar lower themselves so Biden can ‘astonish’ us with his clarity. Bet yep- raise the bar.

Totally agree. Lowering expectations for biden is only setting the President up for failure.
It's like waiting months to see a movie because everyone you know said it was terrible. Then when you get around to watching it often you end up pleasantly surprised. This is the same effect and and advantage we don't want to give to biden.
