Hillary did not plan small rallies.
No one showed up after she stole the DNC Primary from Sanders.
The only rallies she had above 100 people was because she hijacked a concert or an event for something else.
When it was just Hillary she could only get about 100 people.
But hey that is better than Biden that is getting 4 and 5 people the last two rallies. Haha! I have yet to even see 1 Biden 2020 sign. Although I have seen plenty of Trump 2020 and I am in an area that leans to the Democrats.
