We’re already taking 10,000 IU per day, since March. Easy enough to do, and my nutritionist says it’s not an overdose.
I do too. After doing some research, I am also taking a daily 100 mcg. of vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7). It plays a critical role in directing calcium to where it belongs and away from where it doesn't belong.
Checked with my doc and she says it's a good regimen to be on these days.
