President Trump threw the left’s idiotic premise for letting hardened criminals out of prison right back in their faces by declaring that Stone’s health would be in jeopardy if he were to remain in prison because of the coronavirus

...and if the corrupt Judges manages to “win” and convicts General Flynn the President should give him a full Pardon.
I think the whole thing was designed to force President Trump to pardon Stone and or Flynn before the cases were tried.
The President has laid his cards out on the table (and the judges in the Flynn appeal court can see them) the case against Stone and Flynn were both brought for political reasons. If they rule in favor of the corrupt judge and not allow for the dismissal the President will make the question moot by a pardon.
