Boeing had a great pension plan and if this fellow has 33 years, it was a very prude decision to get the hell out of this liberal hell and enjoy retirement.

I was wondering if he really resigned or was asked to resign. But considering he had a pension at state, I can see why he might just want to bail, regardless of the merits of the complaint.
