I guess all laws about discrimination are out the window UNLESS you are black!!
Didn’t you hear about the CA legislature REMOVING the part about not allowing discrimination based on the usual suspects? This was put there as part of Prop 209 which made it illegal for UC to use quotas.
We’ll get a chance to vote on Stopping discrimination again - but you can just imagine how it will be described in the voters pamphlet!
