I don’t understand this word “workplace” as I thought recent experience had shown that to be an outdated concept with Zoom meetings, etc. If people no longer interact in-person, how do political conversations occur or become an issue?
I would not be surprised to see them actively ferret out your political leanings. Actually, I would not be surprised to learn that those databases are being compiled even as we speak.
