Nearly no Covid deaths under 65+
Roughly 2 million 65+ people die each year from all causes.
The daily death count in the US looks like it is flattening down to 450/day. It was 1000/day for just NYC a few months ago but it looks like 450/day will be the plateau without harsh lockdown.
450/day and essentially all of them 65+ means 164K/yr.
This is an increase of 8%/yr for old folks death. Pretty steep.
