I dont know is there any party affiliation noted on the outside of a mail in ballot ?

Thanks to EEOC guide lines from years ago and a trip to the local PO as evidence and attitudes there in its easy to see why a brainwashed black postal worker may trash a mail in ballot

But there are certain voting precincts and certain zip codes that are known to be Republican strongholds.

If large numbers of ballots in those precincts get “lost in the mail” that will hurt Republicans. And help Democrats.

• demographics of neighborhood
• political flyers you get by mail
• other mail you get (NRA magazine, Planned Murderhood magazine)
• political sticker on your car
• sign in your lawn
• American flag on your house
• Sodomite flag on your house
• house full of cats
• If the postman ever sees you, he can tell by dreadlocks, face tattoos, etc.

The postman knows a lot about you from your mail and visiting your house almost every day.

An activist postman can be very selective about who gets a ballot and who gets multiple ballots.

In a lot of states, your name, address and party registration are a matter of public record. Mail carriers must have lists of addresses they serve. Just a matter of having the right app, and they can “forget” to drop off ballots here and there.

If a postal worker knows that the area of his post office goes heavily Republican, then if he tosses a group of ballots, he can be sure he's tossing more Republican ballots than Democrat.
