Any citizen of Chaz is free to leave whenever they want, as long as they go thru proper procedures.
First, they’ll have to get a Chaz passport.
Second, they’ll need to apply to the US for a Visa. Currently, they can go to any one of the US Consolates (at the moment, there are 0) in the State of Chaz to apply.
Third, they go to a port of entry at the border between Chaz and the US.
I remember when the Occupy Wall Street crowd took over my state capitol grounds (they were not permitted inside the capitol building). At that time I was working in my capitol city. At first, there was a mix of high end and street people. Later, it became a smelly mess as the nicer, crazy libs went home and the street people predominated.
Same thing here. Give it time. It will get rowdier and smellier. Don’t over react.
The State of Chaz should apply for US Foreign Aid. We should do all we can to help them in their fledgling nation.
Of course, they’ll need to wait for aid behind Venezuela, North Korea and Cuba.
I didn't know they can do that...
If the state and fed governments allow this Seattle thing to go on, do you think they will try to stop some conservatives from doing the same thing in other parts of the country?
Yes, of course they would.
But pull a Cuba - start it out as a sort of antiFA-like thing, then, when established, go conservative...
True to the Communists' parasite mindset, they don't want their own autonomy. They want their warped version of Utopia paid for by all the undesirables on the outside.
Why are they checking IDs for people going into Seattle's Antifastan? Oh, the irony of setting up barricades to keep people out. It may only take one seed of doubt in someone's mind and photos of barriers and someone checking IDs is a good one.
As others have posited, much like Occupy Wall Street, this is going to become a filthy homeless encampment but with one big difference; when the sons and daughters of privilege leave, they're going to have to go back through their own checkpoints. It'll be nice to see the Range Rovers roll past the cameras.
