Remember during the Nam ‘peoples revolution’ mostly led by ‘Rich’ White guys who didn’t want to get drafted, women joined them and began ‘liberating’ themselves, Black men joined the group to enjoy the ‘spoils’ then when ‘WE’ caved and rescinded the draft, MOST of the White money boys went on with their lives- granted a lot of them remained anarchists and basically got rewarded for their deeds.
I still contend the best crowd control is high pressure water...most usually don’t come back for seconds.
Get their attention arrest and charge the looters, give owners ‘permission’ to protect their property.
Remember in LA with the Korean Merchants perched on the roofs.
Then again today we are putting up with Cops that go out in force to harrass a woman whose kid is playing outside or two ‘non family’ members playing catch then stand back and let the citizenry run rampant.
How much faith is ‘lost’ in a City/State/Government that allows it Police stations to be over run with virtually NO RESISTANCE?
It may embolden the looters etc but it should certainly wake up ‘Harry home owner’ that if they aren’t going to protect OUR (taxpayers) property, then damn sure ain’t gonna protect my house or business.....
The big lesson, if not already learned, is that we are on our own.
And if someone (like me) is unfortunate enough to live in a blue state, the government actively harasses and persecutes people.
