I don’t think she sees herself as being directly involved.
She would prefer a more “Cheering From (a great) Distance” kind of role...
But, apparently, she does favor people killing other people on the basis or race. This is not an unusual position for racists to have, of course, but usually they do not say so openly.
It’s hard to imagine any intelligent, benevolent person actually wanting a race war—or anyone beyond Charles Manson level madness to call for one.
This all seems racial, but is it?
The video I've seen shows lots of white rioters and looters. The whites do not appear to be afraid of being attacked by the black rioters. And the black rioters are not being attacked by the whites.
The destruction is of black businesses (and white) and of black housing (and white). And the hated police department is black and white.
This rioting is biracial with a racial pretext.
It really looks like blue state culture rioting within blue state culture but against perceived red state values.
No doubt wants men to fight and defend her from said “war” while she watches from her ivory tower.

She certainly doesn’t realize that her race war put her on what to her is the wrong Side ... she’s probably too dumb to realize she’s white.
So we can ignore that she realized she’d be in harms way.
More likely she thought it would be interpreted in light of her whiteness, a micro aggression against blacks rather than an expression of (dumb + solidarity) dumidarity.
