• Trump said we wouldn't lock down again. But we would put out fires as they developed. I interpret this as localized lock downs. Not whole states. But it's really up to the governors as to what they do.
• The idea of repeated reopenings followed by lock downs sounds like a plan to reach herd immunity without overwhelming the hospital systems. That's a horrible idea. But we are still a long long way away from herd immunity.
• Wear a mask! The choices are:
  Wear a mask and keep the spread down and the economy reopens and stays open.
  • Don't wear a mask and go through repeated closings.
  • Don't wear a mask and don't close and risk overwhelming the hospital system and deaths soaring.

  We can take the masks off when the virus quits circulating in our areas.
