Do you have any reference that "hundreds of millions" of people were ever vaccinated with SARS vaccine? As far as I've read, there were several studies of SARS vaccines that, like the the one you linked, caused antibody-dependent enhancement in mice and ferrets upon challenge with live virus, thus resulting in failed trials. This is why real trials are important. I've seen no evidence that there was ever widespread human vaccination for SARS, let alone "hundreds of millions. Not that i'd put it past China to experiment on their people.
Like I said, there are plenty of reasons a vaccine needs to be properly trialed, and not rushed. That doesn't make posting kook reports valid, and discredits anyone attempting to substitute such reports for facts.
