He did not lie to the FBI. He forgot a date in an ambush interview that was intended to entrap him. Even the FBI agents who were there to entrap him initially reported that there was no deception on Flynn’s part. Then they were told by Mueller’s band of DNC lawyers that was not an acceptable result. The agents ‘lost’ their original 302’s and made up new ones.
Any honest police agency that wanted an accurate record on interviews would record those interviews. The FBI does not.
Any honest judge would have thrown out Flynn’s conviction long ago.

Oh, what does this old queen know? He sends his copy-boy to do all the dirty work. His level of incompetence was reached decades ago.

Absolutely! This whole garbage of “lying” to the FBI is blatantly unconstitutional! If it were legally binding, you could be convicted for any casual conversation with somebody who happens to work for FBI.
To: Sir Napsalot
Flynn wants to withdraw his plea. He says he was railroaded. Why not let him do it and see if Wallaces claim that he lied holds up in court at an actual trial of his peers?
To: CaptainMorgantown
Thanks, I WAS going to mention that altered 302’s. Which, at the very least, should have put doubts in any reasonable person’s mind.
Somehow in my hast (and outrage) to post, I cleanly forgot.

If I had the opportunity to punch {my choice} a single FAUX talking head in the mush, I would probably die of indecision.
Chrissy girl wallace would rank near the top.
But you have the two black smug liars, robert and juan, then the fag judge nappy, the weekend guys that are unknown and unnamed, and since I probably would try to avoid hitting a woman, I won't even start that mental exercise.

As it currently stands, and as it has stood for decades going back to Mueller and Comey, the FBI is nothing but a government approved version of the mafia, only much worse.
As long as the lawless Christopher Wray continues to be head of the FBI, no one should even talk to the FBI at all, let alone without a lawyer present.
As for the 1001’s, I doubt if that is even constitional. You can't jail a guy for not being able to repeat verbatim what he said in some phone call, if he is foolish enough to talk to the FBI or anybody else, when he is not even under oath.
If lying while not under oath were a crime, every Democrat in congress and everyone in the mainstream nedia, especially Chris Wallace would be rotting in jail long ago.
The biggest thugs on the planet right now are the FBI, and it's not just the leaders. Corruption runs deep and wide inside the FBI.

Spot on, or any police authority for that matter.

I agree. They can lie to you, but you are a criminal if you lie to them. So much for the first amendment.

It's clearly not constitutional. Judicial Watch should sue the FBI over that. All the way to the Supremes and have the 1001 overturned.
Especially since the FBI are nothing but a bunch of thugs.
The erstwhile Soviet KGB have nothing on the FBI.
To: AppyPappy
Hillary lied to the FBI.
And her staff was given immunity for their criminality.

Wallace is ok with corrupt FBI agents framing someone because they that person is in the wrong political party.
It’s not about parties. It’s about Trump. Flynn was and is targeted because he supported Trump.

I posted the Pence piece yesterday - VP Pence now believes "Michael Flynn did not intentionally misled him" with the usual blah blah blah.
Pence's talk is cheap. Now that he knows he absolutely and deeply WRONGed a man, a patriot and a man with integrity no less.
We shall see WHAT Pence does now to amend his own wrongness against Flynn, which will tell us more about Pence than anybody else.

Viewership would increase 50% if Fox canned Chris.
This guy would embarrass CNN.
He “lied” to the FBI. Does Chris have children? We know he doesn’t have a heart.
