According to Sabatini, the court’s decision makes it clear that there is NO valid legal authority for either the state or local emergency orders.

Ummm.. not so fast. If the Court "drops" the case it doesn't mean there was a ruling about legal authority. They just dropped this case.

I doubt ANY circuit court is going to press the issue. Not the brightest move by the LEOs.

This isn’t a court decision, the attorney general dropped the case saying; “the facts and circumstances revealed do not warrant prosecution at this time.”

The law still stands and police can continue to arrest people under it.
