Politico is “reporting” the story as part of the plan to sack Creepy Joe and install Big Mike. When leftists do something which deviates from the ostensible Phony Narrative (all DemoKKKrats are sacrosanct) there is ALWAYS an ulterior motive related to the intended, actual Phony Narrative (Big Mike is the reluctant but glorious Savior of the DemoKKKrats and America).
The Hoax polls are a prime example of how things are working. When Creepy Joe is sacked, the Hoax Polls will “prove” that it wasn’t because he was NEVER going to be the nominee, it will be for “legitimate” reasons. Followers of the people who actually ran will then have no reason to be resentful. But Joe will be sacked because Big Mike will be, and has been, the nominee all along.
All the people who ran played their role (including Creepy) did so to spare Big Mike the risk of having to engage in the process.
Thus another Obama figurehead (they intend) with Valerie Jarrett getting 8 more years to run the country.
Your scenario is persuasive. Big Mike’s popularity always tanks when she actually is in the public eye so it doesn’t look like a win for them but it would save face.
I find it sickening that a women whose only personal accomplishment was to work out a way for a hospital to save money by pushing off patients without insurance to other hospitals, is deemed to have shown that she has the skill set to make decisions for the biggest economy in the world.
The left is clueless, lost in a Hollywood version of the world where the “story” is everything, and facts, reality, achievements, & competence are optional footnotes.
