What does Bill Gates have to do the Georgia Guidestones at all?
Why would you frame the question like that? Mark never said Gates had anything to do with the Guidestones. He said this:

He was very clearly making the connection between the Guidestones and their creepy depopulation line, and Gates and his creepy Ted Talks speech where he said his plan was to depopulate the world with vaccines, healthcare, and reproductive health services.
Are you aware that back in the 60’s there were 5 vaccinations given to children. In the 80’s it went up to 20+. Guess how many now? It is close to 80 vaccinations by the time you are 18! We used to have one in 10k children were diagnosed with autism. Now, it’s one in 50. There is case after case of normal healthy children, alert, walking, learning to talk, they get the mmr vac. and the next thing you know, they are a different kid. There is a good documentary on this called ‘vaxxed’. It is free on bitchute. Republic R. Dan Burton has been on this for awhile because that happened to his grandson. RFK Jr. has also been a big alarm ringer for vaccines. He has been very vocal about Bill Gates and the harm he has caused around the world. India and Africa foremost, using these poorer nations as lab rats. All of it needs to be exposed. The only way for that to happen is for everyone to do their own research.
Gee whiz bro. You put words in my mouth. I said Gates is a believer in maintaining the earth’s population at 500 million. The Guidestones inscription says to maintain the earth’s population at 500 million. That’s the connection. I doubt Gates even knew the stones were there, till much later. I am sure he has heard of them by now. All I am saying is, he believes the same thing as whoever put the inscription on it.
