“”He’d have to mix the two and sell the blend, because he surely cannot tell the difference.””
See how witty we can become when we have the time. I love it!
I think we’d all be better off if we just go with “NO ONE KNOWS” - everything is a guess! It’s due to the two you mentioned that I can’t stand to watch any of the briefings anymore. The minute the woman starts speaking, I hear fingernails on blackboards and believe me - it’s been a mighty long time since I’ve heard that actual sound!
The website background is all red. Kinda hard to read the text.
Agree. They voted for the bozo. But not even a popular bozo can lock down the state if 30 other states are bopping around the landscape. The laws of Human Nature forbid it.
“Earlier today Comrade Murphy announced all citizens in the New Jersey Directorate would remain on lock-down, suspending all citizen rights, until the state government declares all signs of the Wuhan Virus are gone. “
I noticed that Murphy was back-tracking in a YUGE way about the “until all signs of the Wuhan Virus are gone” statement; he totally shifted gears on that one and even (disingenuously) claimed his statement was “misinterpreted”, but i give him credit for going on Tucker, and got the impression that the main reason he went on was in fact to backtrack on his earlier statement ... it really took real balls to go on Tucker like that, and Murphy surprisingly stood up fairly well ... how many other Democrat governors would have the balls to do what Murphy did and not be reduced to a pile of babbling blubber? ... can you imagine that idiot Gretchen Whitmer going on tucker?
I suspect this shared suffering will get very old in the following weeks..if not days...especially with summer approaching.
I can see it in people’s faces..First their was the panic stage the first week..but people calmed down.
I think what wore them down a little was many of them thought it was only going to last a couple weeks.
And they keep restricting people more.
Each time they come back and say a couple more weeks people are going to get increasingly fed up with it.
And telling people this might go on until possibly next fall!
No freaking way.
not next fall.
I meant next year.
This was suppose to be a measure to keep hospitals from getting overwhelmed. We live in a “hot zone”... The only hospital that was close to being overwhelmed cleared out three weeks ago. Now it is all nonsense.
So all of the Lawyers moved out of New Jersey? They are going to sit back and take orders from this Dictator?
This is the government that our forefathers were talking about in the Declaration.
People are heading to the shore Memorial Day weekend, and the cryptkeeper can try to stop it, but he'll have a war on his hands.
The government cannot seize outdoors. Murphy can bite me.
“...who here thinks the citizens of NJ are going to tolerate such tyranny?...”
They are mostly democrats...they embrace tyranny. That’s how Murphy got elected in the first place.
What these a-holes are doing is playing politics. The Smurph just keeps on extending deadlines as long as he can and the scum media keeps spreading disinformation and horror show fear mongering. The goal is to keep this going as far into election season as possible. Some of what we are experiencing now will be the permanent “new normal”.
“No work, no absentee work, no money for collections, etc.”
No street tax either. At least the mafia supports a strong economy.
The areas where the Democratic power base is isn't really quarantining much anyway, like most poor urban neighborhoods everywhere. The Republican areas are the people who own beach houses and guns and aren't really interested in putting up with this sht much longer. Murphy is going to roll over or get run over.
You are absolutely right. It is going to be horrible as people along the Shore towns are told they can’t go to the Boardwalk or beach. In my opinion, the winners here are the criminals - cops will be out arresting law abiding citizens for breaking a “state pandemic rule” so the real crimes go unnoticed or unattended to by the cops. Happy Summer
“Too Bad it seems you want to bash someone or site that strongly supports Trump and his policies.”
No, I just hate people gaslighting people that support President Trump.
“Recheck of what Murphy said about extending shutdown to early May and he expects no large gatherings until the virus is stopped or a vaccine. To me..”
You’re not the governor and I know what he said. So we don’t need to deal with the make believe or the gaslighting.
I’m fed up with people doing that and especially not fond of those doing it for clicks to those who support President Trump.
Will anyone have any faith in CDC/FDA and your state public health director after this b$ is over, if it is ever over.
“I hope the people of New Jersey will hit the streets, the phones, the airwaves.”
I dont want to splash cold water on your dreams, but the TDS is extremely strong in New Jersey. Those affected shamelessly run rampant. They know they face no consequences.
Tons of weak-kneed RINOs also live in New Jersey. They may not be NeverTrumpers, but they clearly would sooner give up their daily Starbucks than defend Trump as a person or officeholder against the latest unfounded criticisms or attacks from CNN or the NYT (meaning, they never do).
NJ Dems sense this weakness. Conniving wolves in sheep’s clothing, they have become skilled in the fine art of Taqqiyya. Posing as conservatives, and cynically disguising their true sentiments for years, sometimes decades, they stealthily invade local- and county-level New Jersey Republican organizations. Eventially, when they think the coast is clear, they begin the proccess of fraudlently running for office under the Republican banner. Ocasionally, they win the GOP’s closed primary election for their chosen office, formally becoming the Republican candidate. The subsequent general election campaign typically becomes a farce as the fake Republican runs a terrible, mealy-mouthed race, effectively “throwing the fight” and guaranteeing a win for the Democrat party candidate.
New Jersey sounds like a lost cause. Too bad.
