Sounds a lot like what I’ve had (except the runs). Right now I can’t get to sleep (12:49 am PDT). Been trying for an hour and gave up.
Did do a nice hike in the ills today. Gorgeous weather (high 60s). 4 miles and an 800 foot climb up to “Rhus Ridge.” Place used to be empty, but not the past couple weeks.
Even that wasn’t enough to get me to sleep. Lots of family stress, as I mentioned.

Lol everyone has the same idea I guess- sounds like a nice hike- Get well soon- if you have what we had, it won’t last long- and won’t be too bad- just annoying-
